Born from passion and built on excellence, Renegades is where competitive spirits meet world-class coaching. Under the guidance of SA Women’s Coach Nicola Plasket and program development guru Murray Southgate, we’re creating something different in Cape Town’s water polo scene.

Whether you’re just getting your feet wet or gunning for international glory, we’re the home for water polo athletes who dare to challenge the status quo. Welcome to the Renegades family, where we don’t just play the game but change it.

For the young guns, learning the ropes. Fun, fitness, and sneaky skill building all wrapped up in one.

Focus on technique & gameplay

Junior U13-U15: Wednesdays & Sundays

Wed: 17h30 – 18h30
Sun: 10h00 – 11h00

Level up your game with structured training, drills and match prep. Pick your training days: Wednesdays, Sundays, or both!

Senior 15+: Mondays & Wednesdays from 18h30 – 20h00

Train when it suits you: Mondays, Wednesdays, or both! Focus on conditioning, technique, and match prep.

Senior Club Elite: For selected players only. Intense training and league games.

Yearly Fees are calculated from league fees.
